Privacy policy

SearchMaxx is a done-for-you search marketing service run by Roshan. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to hi@searchmaxx.link.

Visiting the site

We do not use cookies, analytics or ad trackers on searchmaxx.link. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles every request (including your IP address and browser details) to serve and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Free tools

• The AI site check and the launch checklist fetch the public pages of the website you enter. We do not store the address or the results. The results page has the address in its URL, so anyone you share the link with can run the same check.
• The CSV tools (keyword opportunities, traffic loss, internal links, orphan pages, change tracker, regex builder) run in your browser. Your files do not leave your device.
• The migration and backlink checkers send the URLs you submit to our server, which requests them from their public servers. We do not store the URLs or what we fetch.

Emailing us

When you email hi@searchmaxx.link, we keep your message, your email address and anything you include, such as your website, so we can reply and follow up. Mail is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to our email provider.

Clients

If you hire us, you give us access to your website's code (usually a GitHub repository) and to your search data (usually Google Search Console). We use that access only to do the work and write your reports. We use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to help draft changes and replies, and a person checks each one. When the engagement ends, remove our access and we delete our copies of your data on request.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Deleting your data

Email hi@searchmaxx.link and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and confirm by email.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
